DIRECTIONS
FROM LONDON A12:
Turn off at Junction 25, MARKS TEY, A120,
STANSTED AIRPORT. At the roundabout
take the third exit signposted
COLCHESTER ZOO. Follow the road till
roundabout and take the third exit
signposted LONDON, CHELMSFORD, A12
and you will see the Shell Petrol Station.
Turn into the Shell Petrol station and we
are behind on a small industrial estate.
FROM BRAINTREE A120:
Follow the A120 through Marks Tey till you
get to the roundabout of A120/A12. At the
roundabout take the third exit signposted
COLCHESTER ZOO. Follow the road till
roundabout and take the third exit
signposted LONDON, CHELMSFORD, A12
and you will see the Shell Petrol Station.
Turn into the Petrol station and we are
behind on a small industrial estate.

FROM IPSWICH A12:
Turn off at Junction 25, MARKS TEY, A120,
STANSTED AIRPORT. At the roundabout
take the third exit signposted LONDON,
CHELMSFORD, A12 and you will see the
Shell Petrol Station. Turn into the Petrol
station and we are behind on a small
industrial estate.
TRAIN:
Marks Tey train station which is on the
London mainline is a 5 minute walk away.
There are regular trains to this station.
When arriving walk towards the
footbridge across the A12. We are on the
other side behind the petrol station on a
small industrial estate.
