We will talk about the Schils Custom Bike process, your style of riding, goals & aspirations, budget & any ailments you may have along with all your  new bike desires, of course. During the ordering process and after consultation where our experts determine what would make your perfect bike, we will carry out your inital fit and measure. With years and years of experience and knowledge, you can trust that no fancy gadgets are required but the talent of our experts with a few necessary Schils tools of course. Bike Build Now everything has been primarily chosen, sized & ordered - let the build begin! Our professional in store technicians build each bike as if  its their own. Priding ourselves in the finesse of building the perfect bike. This is what you can expect your bike will look like when its time for your Expert Schils Bike Fit. As a huge benefit to the Custom Schils Bikes, you can see we leave the fork column uncut until after this fitting- this  is to ensure maximum confidence and comfort along with versatility that comes with having the fork cut to your custom height.  This bike fit will take approximately an hour. Our bike fitter will put your bike on the bike fit turbo trainer and get you  to do a few minutes of cycling while observing from all angles. There is plenty of time and opportunity to play with your position on the bike and to make any changes and adjustments where necessary. It doesn’t end there… We do not say goodbye once you have collected your new bike. We love feedback and good relationships with all our customers.We offer each proud Schils bike owner a  complimentary first service to use at your pleasure within the first 3 months of collecting your new bike. Not only do we offer this but if you require any further adjustments or advice we welcome you to contact us or come in to store so we can assist you as much as possible.

How long will it take to build my new bike? We will always try and get you on the road as soon as possible. Once we have everything in store, the build process normally will take about a week.If you have a Custom Paint Design please allow around 4 weeks extra.
